LED gas guage

I bought a LED flame guage off ebay.it is a harley brand part.after install it doesnt read right.when tank is empty it still reads 1/2 tank on guage.any ideas?thanks

float needs adjusting...........i believe the directions are in the factory service manual.

I'd like to change to a lower profile gas cap and gauge, but have heard the LED light gets annoying at night because it's visually distracting. How's yours?

I have a LED that was made by Landmark, they don't make them anymore
it is brighter but it doesn't blind me by any means you will notice it at first
but like anything you become accustomed to the gauge..

I wouldn't worry about it blinding you...
