Well, we finally finished the testing we started out to do late last year. We received a set of the new Rienhart true duals with oygen sensor bung and some revisions. Rocky at Bub promised me I would be pleasantly surprised with the results.

We ended up testing the following combinations:

V&H true duals and oval mufflers
V&H true duals with Hooker mufflers
Rinehart new release true duals
Hooker full true dual system

The runs are shown in the same order
Dyno Run Results

Well, I was more than surprised at how well the new Rinehart's (green run) perform compared to the original design. The reversion dip is minimal and the torque curve is pretty good on all runs. I was a bit surprised at the ovals as they sure felt a lot stronger and looked good on our initial runs. The Hooker true dual hangs right in there with the Rinehart's .

The test bike is our shop mule the 2KRK (2000 FLHRCI) 95" flat top pistons, TW37G cams and PCIIIR with a Force Winder intake. The PCIIIR was configured with the closest map listed and some tweaking or swapping. Our AFR meter will be here next week and we know there is some hidden power in these systems. I am going to tweak the Rinehart map first and see if there is 6 lbs of torque to be had for free.

I'll need to re-graph and post. I forgot to set it to have scaling forced.

It's actually a graph setting. When it brings up the graph by default it shows each scaled to RPM but not to each other. YOu have to force scaling so that the torque and hp and RPM are plotted as related to each other.

We will get a cleaner image up soon. I just wanted to get the scaled one up now.
