I put new pads on put everything back together, blead the brake and master cylinder. My problem is when I hit the break the peddle goes all the way down.At first it didn't seem like the breaks were working at all. I pumped the peddle and got some pressure but not all the way up. As soon as I stop the peddle goes all the way down again as if the hydrolic was gone. Has anybody had any experience with this?

You still have air in the system.

Get all the air out and it will be fine.

Rear calipers are a PIA sometimes because the line is horizontal, allows bubbles to trap up in the line but still let a bit of fluid by.

Take a syringe from an autoparts store or feed store, put some clear tube on the end then

Fill the syringe with brake fluid and then put the hose over the bleeder valve

open the valve and push fluid back through the system, have the cover off the MC, you should see air bubbles, have a friend tap the line with a small wrench lightly moving from the rear to the MC>

Another trick is to remove the Caliper and hold it down if you are going to reverse fill from above or hold it up and bleed it pumping the MC.

Or Put the bike on a jack and raise the rear get it unlevel.
