Putting my '04 Road King Custom back on the road after a long northern winter and noticed the gas guage is stuck on full. Any recommendations on unsticking it or am I "stuck" buying a new one.
I had the same thing happen to my new 06 Road King and Pensacola HD told me this has been a problem since 02 on about 20% of all HD's. This is a known problem and the HD tech's know the soloution. I'd give them a call and discuss.
had the same problem,the HD dealer pulled the float assy and tweeked it a bit the dealer said harleys answer was not fill the tank full.This is not a solution.Doug
