I have an '05 Road King and just installed a Kuryakyn LED fuel gauge and charging system indicator (the Informer). When my tank is full, the low fuel light comes on in the speedometer console. Once it gets to the 3/4 level, it goes out. I haven't ran it down to empty yet to see if the light comes back on. It was a 3 wire installation with an amp plug. Has anybody got a fix for this problem.

I would go back through the wiring and check to make sure its all connected properly. Also, was this set-up designed for an HD application.

This installation is H.D.There are only three wires. They are color matched and pluged in the proper positions. The Kuryakyn guage works fine ,it's the glitch with the speedo low fuel light.Help !

Something is wired wrong, is there any kind of a wiring diagram that came with it that maybe shows the low fuel light. You could always disconnect the low fuel light.
