Any clue what would cause my bike to wooble when slowing down?

Two things jump to mind for me. Steering head bearings could be too loose. Not sure what bike you are riding (Dyna?) but on the baggers that I ride, front tire being cupped will cause it. If that's it, nothing short of a new tire will fix it.

Loose axle(s), loose steering head, poor tires, poor air pressure.

Warped rotors can also cause wobble. Got some good suggestions here, time to start trouble shooting.

If you want better info, give us more detailed info.
What year and model? Mileage?
Tires new or worn?
Rim cast or spoke? If spoke, trued lately?
Warped rotor?
Steering head serviced correctly and fall away set?
Forks tweaked or any damage?

The more details the better the answers.
