I am just wondering if anyone knows of a drawbar/receiver hitch that mounts on an Electra Glide (2004)??!! I have found some hitches, but the are permanent for the ball. I have not decided to put one on yet, but if I did, would offer me the option of on or off instead of "hey, this guy has a hitch on his bike all the time" even if I am not using it.... Thanks!

hitchdoc makes a receiver hitch for Harleys now. CD should be able to help you out on this. I got a khromeworks hitch from DP..not a receiver hitch but clean and solid.

i havent built it yet......got plans on some paper in the shop......it would be an easy fab to do......mine is an 06, same set up. use the rear fender supports that come down off the struts. they are right behind the rear part of the bag. they already have holes drilled and tapped. use these for the perminate part of the hitch. off this part use tubing and pins to hold the hitch section. when finished with the hitch, pull the pins and store away. the perminate part can be chromed, powder coated, or left to acuire a natural patina......
