I have a Yamaha V-star xvs650 and would like to add Hard Krome 2" Drag slip-ons. Do I have to re-jet?

Usually on any bike when you change pipes you need to rejet the carb, while you're at it , get one of the Air box kits made for your bike they sell them here I think its a Barons kit and it comes with all the instructions, plus doing the filter and pipes will make the best power from your bike for the changes.

My big peeve at the moment is that I live in a scooter world with dinky carbs and need some rec=sources on re-jetting(i.e. drilling jets out to make performance happen at 3300 ' above sea level. Where can the tiny drills or jets be obtained to do this task!?!?!
