I'm curious if anyone has replaced the fork springs in a Dyna and seen an improvement in suspension quality. My 2002 Wideglide has started bottoming on bumps that it used to not be bothered by. I thought maybe I would replace the stock springs with Progressive or Racetech stock length fork spring kits.

I didn't see these items on DP's online store but I'll call to see if they handle them. I also heard that I should go a little heavier on the fork oil. I'm waiting for some experienced feedback first.

I appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

haven't replaced the Heritages front fork springs, but I've gone to heavier fork oil, ran the HD SE Racing oil for a while, very stiff, I mixed 50/50 SE and stock and it's got a little better ride and still handles better, no big dives,

I may go to 75/25 racing to stock for a firmer ride on the next change.

I did change the rears to progressive made a good difference.
