Why stop there, go a head try stage IV: Super charger, Nitrous Oxygen*, etc.

I doubt that any thing other than a stock cam will meet the smog laws.

What we really need to clean up the air are sensors in every vehicle to monitor the load capacity and seat useage. Tax the crap out of thoes solo SUV drivers. Especially the mommys that are in penis envy mode while driving one of those SUVs.

* use medical grade and have an extra hose to your nose.
