| anyone have any good numbers for plug gaps? i run champ, ra8hc in a 06 1450 with v/h, LS's with buffles and se/ac. i'd like it to light up like an explosion  they're @ about .40 now |

| Specs are 0.38 to .042 so you are in specs, I tend to gap at .038 to allow for normal electrode wear that will widen the gap, and still be in specs latter. I tend to foul champions out sooner, have had better results with NGK's |

| Found the same thing with Champions & NGKs. I really was wondering about that, glad to hear someone else did too. Was thinking I just might have been too fussy!  |

| thats what i use too (silverdollar). i'v checked around seems everyone perfers them over the "wire type" seems to me there ought to be something more percise  |

| that was back in the day, no tool box was without one. seems they went away with old points. can still remember strugging with those dual points  |
