I dont want to seem to simple or stupid but I'm not a motor head and was wondering do you have to change the air cleaner gasket after cleaning or changing the element. I've been doing some service on the machine and want to do as much as I can with out relying on the dealer. Thanks in advance

ditto......as long as all holes are intact and you have no loose pieces hanging off it, your good to go.......use no sealant/gasket maker. if it is trying to come off during installation, use a small dab of grease in a couple of spots to hold it in place until installed. hope this helps, and have fun!!!!!!
