I have a 1200 sporty and am putting on drag pipes with some performance baffles.
Any ideas for a jet kit or what jets to use to re-cal the carb?

Yost CV master kit or the Dyno Jet kit either will do just fine. Alternatively you can shim up the needle .020, drill the slide vent to 1/8" , remove the Welch plug from the idle screw port and adjust mixture then determine what main jet size needed. Cheaper but more hit and miss.
