Brake rotors

I have a 03 ultra I'm having trouble getting the bolts out of the rear rotor is there a easy way? I broke one torx bit so far and figured I would stop and ask questions first. Thanks

if you have the rotor on the bench, use a drift and hammer to tap the head end of the bolt, this should break the "tension" of the bolt. personally i have never seen the pad pin bolts tight enough to ruin a torx wrench. was the wrench of a quality grade?? hopefully there isnt any green or black locktite on the threads.....that will require some heat.

We plan to meet next week to talk about planning a strategy session to discuss the next step towards forming a consensus to start the development of the rough draft for the implementation of our intention to develop a plan.

Hey Chuck...I think he is talking about the bolts that mount the rotor to the hub. I think the pad pin bolts are a 12 point socket.

Heat them up to loosen the locktite, will come out much easier!
