Hey guys and gals, what prompted joining this forum is my new scooter. '07 street glide with 103 cu in, 255 cam, Harley race tuner, K&N air filter, Vance & Hines slip ons. I am going to have to get new headers to get the performance that this bike is capable of. So far Thunderheaders 2 into 1 seems to be the way to go. Any feedback?

Typically a 2-1 will outperform slip ons, the better of the 2-1's out there JMO for a bagger is Supertrapps Tuneable 2-1

1) It's tuneable
2) It's quieter than a thunderheader (so you can hear your tunes)
3) It's heatshields and fit are better

Don't get me wrong the thunderheader is a great pipe and would work well on your bike, so would a propipe or a D&D Fatcat with the quiet baffle.

Thunderheaders tend to win the HP wars, however it is extremely loud and drones on long trips.

Supertrapp has an endcap you can put in with in your case 15 to 18 discs it will be quieter than the T-header and you can tune it with the bike.

My bro-in-law has been running to supertrap since 2000 & he can still tune his if he need to adj his carb but never had to & his pipe add a few ponys & I have seen him hang with a 95 in bike of the same style

Take a look at the V&H Propipe. The fit and finish is probably the best on the market IMHO. Another good 2 into 1 pipe is the COBRA due to quality plating and the no blueing guarantee.
