103" 255 cam Harley race tuner K&N high flow air filter Vance & Hines slip ons. I know I'm gonna have to put headers on this baby to get the juice out. Thunderheaders seem to be the top choice right now. Waddya think?!?!

Welcome to the forum. If you get much more out of that thing, you're going to have to work on your own sore neck . Sounds like you've got a lot of bike there. Someone one will give you a serious answer soon. Have fun .

Hope you've got other Chiroparactic friends to adjust your neck and shoulders from the launches. IMHO the V&H Propipe is a better choice due to fit and finish. They both develope good numbers.

There are some very reputable places that you could contact if you are looking for some serious power, I would suggest you search for:
T-man or Head Quarters just to name a couple, many others also. The 255 are smog cams not going to generate the arm pulling Tq if that is what your after. One concern that is being posted on another site I visit is what the Crank will take, many are concerned about twisting the these new cast POS cranks, me included. 2005 was the first year HD went to cast...

I built a 95" 05EG 10.1CR SE heads that were locally ported & polished, SnS 570G cams & FT SE pistons with Mik42 & DTT ignition. It was making 100/100 & ran like a scalded dog for about 12K, then the crank chit the bed & my runout ended up at .006, thing sounded like a fricken cement mixer. Currently its getting a 103 Forged crank, welded & balanced with a timpkin conversion done. It will also have the 570's replaced with some 619 crane cams, the Mik42 replaced with a SnS Super G carb along with the tunned up SE heads end up at 10.3CR. I'm looking for some serious arm pulling Tq and something that will tollerate my right wrist, I do like to twist the wick!

Hope this helped,
Cracker

Sorry forgot The Vance & Hines Pro Pipe gets my vote or pending what sound you want also listen to the D&D fatcat or the Supertrapp supermeg 2in1 pipes. The fatcat can be fitted with a false if thats something that matters to ya.

2-1 Type depends on what you ride, if it's a bagger and you want power and not a loud pipe the Supertrapp tuneable 2-1 is a great pipe, it's louder than stock but not killer loud.

Thunderheaders are very good, and very loud

Propipes are very good and very loud.

Fat Cat has a quiet baffle and the loud baffle, you have to spec that when you order.

If you are going to juice up the motor, the timken bearing conversion on the crank is a must, Zippers does that, some local shops might as well.
