i believe it is powder coated silver or black but you can get eng. paint at a reputable paint store or napa.

Most hiperformance auto parts palces will have the black wrinkle paint as well.

I've bought different high-heat paint from Eastwood. They also carry DIY hotcoat powder coating kits if you want to go that route.

I bought a can of the black wrinkle paint from the stealer. I followed the directions then baked it in my oven to cure it. Boy was the wife happy about that!!! But it looks mint!

I've used the hi temp stuff from Eastwood and the wrinkle black plus the high temp paint available at most auto and auto paint stores. You have to go back periodically and re-coat. If you are going to use the spray nozzle you need to mask off any areas subject to overspray. To get in the tight areas I spray some out of the can into a mixing cup and use my airbrush. Another trick is to take a Dremel tool and I have some of the steel cutting heads in cone and cylinder shapes. you can get a nice effect on the edges of the jugs. AL

Good idea Cowboy, I obviously didn't think of that and I paid for it. The house smelled for a day or two!
