Could someone tell me if stock wheels, rims, discs from an '06 fatboy would fit a '02 fatboy?

Two options; You can call HD Customer service and direct the question to your specific type of motorcycle by selecting the correct option. You can also run it by (if you trust them) local HD dealer. I have been lucky so far, the guys behind the counter will give you the correct information (if they really know their bikes)

Regards,
German

Front might but I don't think the rear will, it's a 200 tire on the newer fatboys, you'd need a new swingarm, narrower belt, pulley and fender.

Yes it will fit but only if you do all the other mods needed.
