What wax/polish do you use

I thought it would be interesting to compliment the chrome polish thread with this one.
Personally, I never wax my bikes preferring to polish them instead. I use Mcquiere's polish and occasionally Mcguiere's paint cleaner.
For cleaning my bikes I dont like to use a car wash or hose. I purchased a cheap spray gun that has about a 2 foot wand on it at the chinese tool store, surprisingly it works great. It has a dial on the end of the wand so you can use either a fine spray or straight stream or just shoot air to blow the water off. I usually run it about 50 PSI. The gun is all aluminum and stainless steel and cost like $15. Sometimes those cheapies work out. Al

I Get This Stuff At The Dollar Store Called Awsome. It Comes In Concentrate. I Don't Dillute. I Just Spray The Hole Bike Down, Let It Sit For About 10 Min. And Hose Off. No Rubbin Or Scrubbin. Although My Crankcase Breather Filters Leak So About Once A Year I Spray The Fins On The Jugs Real Heavy And Go At It With A Tooth Brush. Comes Out Like New. Or I'll Just Use Plain Diswashing Soap.

MR clean Autodry solution from Target, wall mart etc and the Mr Clean device for the hose with the filter.

Works great, we have hard water that leaves spots and this eliminates that and the bike dries on it's own, very little needed to dry it off.

Also eliminated the need to polish the chrome and paint each time.

i use what ever i have that isn't dried out, i watch the yard sales. in other words i don't spend much on that sort of stuff, have in the past; never noted much difference between the cheap stuff v.s expensive stuff, all works about the same. want a nice looking bike it takes good olde elbow grease. sometimes there's just no subsitute for time.

I think I've used soap and water maybe 3 or 4 times in the 3 years I've had the RKC now. I use clean water with a microfiber clothe to clean, then an old shirt to dry. Use McGuier's wax every 3 or 4 months on the fenders, tank, fairing, and chrome. It doesn't rain much out here in Palm Springs, so I don't get all the road grime some of ya'll do...

Just plain old Turtle wax the 100% carnuba kind. I also use it on all my guns. Monsoon season and a swamp cooler is hell on gun finnishes.

Depending on weather and road conditions, I wash mine 2-4 times a season, and polish it 1-2 times. For the wash I use S-100, spray it on rinse it off and the bike is clean. Blow the excess water off with my leaf blower and then wipe with a shammy. I use Duragloss 101, the original wet look car polish.

It's so shinny you can see razor stuble on your face from 3 feet away.

It's so shinny, if you have to many cold ones in between the wash and polish, you can see both of your reflections in the paint

What more could a guy want, hand job, (wash) blow job, (dry), and a clean bike. Doesn't get much better than that, except for a nice long ride on er.
