My new V&H big shot longs,PCIII, and my Ness super sucker where on my door today when I got off work I put my exhaust on first since I figured this would be the hardest part. This was alot easier then I though it would be. The part that took the longest on this step of the job was running to the store to by a new 45 hex wrench since mine was stripped out. In total this part took about 2.5 hours.

Second step was the Super sucker. This was a pcs of cake.... took about 20-30 minutes

Third was the PCIII, This took me a little longer then it should of but was still very easy..... took about 30-45 minutes.

To sum it up... If anyone out there is thinking about doing this upgrade themselves....I would say go for it. It took about 3.5-4 hours and was well worth the money. My Bike used to sound like a mo-ped.... It now sounds like a Harley

Just want to thank Painter, afnurse and everyone else that help helped me get this step out of the way.

Ill post a pic if I ever figure out how to do it.

Congrats! I knew you could do it if I could!

Having the right tools for the job always makes it easier. I have a fairly complete set, but I can think of a hundred more items I would like to have.

So... what's next?

Thumbs up

WAY TO GO!! I also went into this same project (tho in 3 stages....air filter, then few weeks later PC, then month or so later the pipes) with some concern. I am glad that I did it. Hope that you are happy with the results that you are getting with the "upgrade". As to posting a pic, I am still trying to find a pic worth attempting to learn the trick!!

It is not a matter of finding a pic it is a matter of finding time to wash the bike. and then take the pic.
