| 98 softail, evo 1340, carb adjustment Hey everyone, just bought 1998 harley softail with 1340 evo, the bike runs real strong and will idle after it is warm....but it boggs down when i start off and i have to keep the rpms up high to keep it going, once smoothes out it hauls booty...it has k&n filter and drag pipes....I'm thinking something going on with the carb....maybe mixture or to much fuel dump in the begining....any ideas???? thanks |

| What Chuck said. Wide opened drag pipes are the worst performers, especially the long ones. |
