I have a 1971 FX Shovelhead that I have decided to bob out. I have done away with the old AMF controls and want to install new ones. The controls I got have the new style clutch cable end. Is there any way to convert the new to work with the old?

Thanx guys. You know, it doesn't show the date on here, but I probably posted this about a year ago. I have since gotten a longer old style cable and modified my new clutch perch to accept it. My project is still not complete though.
