just ran a diagnosics on the old bike. anybody out there have a diagnosic manual ? the code i'm looking for is u1097 it involves the powertrain.

sorry, dont haveone. i wonder where all they are available from??? now, if the codes are in the manual i have one of those. it is at the shop tho, and not handy at the moment.

thanks. seems i need to reset something to do with the security, that tssm or what ever they're calling it. probley happened when i dropped last summer

skull My bro-in-law 's bike put up a code & he found it in his Manual 2000 dyna model , I have yet looked in my book to see if there's any code read out mine is a 03

security

my 02 had a security system,,,, more malfunctions than they are worth,,, if your bike is going to be stolen,,,just say goodbye,,,, they can take it with or without sec system,,,, my key unlocked a bagger from cincinati,,,three years ago,,,, and will open bag on a friend of mines ultra,,,, when i ordered my 03 police edition,,,told them to build without security system,,,, you can grab the latch on any side bag and give it a yank ,,,it will open,,,and close,,,,pops
