| YOU ARE NOW ABOUT TO ENTER THE TWILIGHT ZONE  GOT TO SNIFFIN MY OIL AND IT SMELLS A LITTLE GASSY SINCE I'VE BEEN PLAYING WITH THE MIX SCREW, COULD RUNNING RICH CAUSE THIS ALSO. |

Drain the crankcase of everything
Pull the carb off and clean it out and be sure the float is sitting level and that it works to shut off fuel.
What happens is the float sticks, the carb fills with gas, and because the bike is leaning to the left, it pours gas down the intake to the cases, sometimes you can unstick a float by tapping the bottom of the carb.
Me I'd pull it apart and make sure it's in good condition and properly setup.
