Hello,

I'm looking at 2 into 2 pipes for a 95" with flowed head, 10.5:1 compression and TW55 cams. It looks like a baffled equal length pipe would be the way to go. I'm looking at three pipes V&H Straight Shots, Hooker Step Tuned (Long and Race Staggered) and the Santee .45 Caliber. Can you offer any thoughts on which pipe would offer the best streetable power with minimal damage to low end performance?

Thanks in advance,
Deuce

I am partial to 2:1 setups for high po setups, they seem to provide the better performance, v&h thunderheader supertrapp etc.

Alot of people do not care for the way that 2 into 1 pipes look. But like Hotroadking says they will give you the best overall performance that you are looking for. I have the Vance & Hines 2 into 1 HS Pro pipes on my 2004 Road King Classic that has the 95ci upgrade. Ride Safe, David.

Of those three? The Hooker Step Tuned. Would they build better streetable power compared to other possibilities? Nope. A good 2-1, V&H Big Shot Power Chambers, Cycle Shack, PIII, ARII staggered exhaust will all outperform these in the streetable power area. Why? Reversion, the enemy of drag pipes plain and simple. https://www.directparts.com/static/a...reversion.html

If you must use one of those three, use the Hooker's.
