you'll need a set of brackets to keep the bags off of your tire and belt, then any normal size bags will work without moving things like your rear blinkers

I made my own brackets for my 75 sportty..I measured my bike for the biggest bags I could get on it...seems like you never have enough room.I'm sure they sell brackets for yours..might check j&p cycles...they have alot of bags and brackets.

This big question is if you are planning to ride only solo, or with passenger. Solo riding the bag situation is easy. I had mine on without brackets, a little forward up by the frame, so it stayed off the wheels and stuff. If you want to carry a passenger, you have to relocate the turn signals and move the bags further back so the passenger can reach the pegs.
