Standing behind my Fatboy and looking at the rear fender, it appears to be more to the left side of the bike. Not much, but noticiable. Is there anyway this can be adjusted? Maybe replace the fender struts? Anyone have or has had this problem?

One of my riding buddies pointed out that my rear fender / tire alignment is off. Sounds like the same thing you are talking about. Since my Heritage and your Fatboy are such similar bikes, it's probably the same problem. So let me know if you find out what it takes to fix it. I have just ignored / forgot about it thus far, but it'd be nice to fix it.
In what part of the lovely state of CA do you live? Perhaps we can meet up and "adjust" them with a large multi-purpose coaxing device (AKA hammer).

rear tire is actually offset the fenders probably in the middle, you can shim or change it around to center the tire but it's not necessary mechanically.

intentionally off-set kinda like soft-tails are (due to their suspension)
I knowthe rear tire on those are offset. Never pay much attention to the rear center vs the tire though, think it would be centered, but maybe it is more noticeable on yours? now I am gonna start looking myself.....whtatever it is hope ya figure it out. This is a good place to find out.

Just had the local HD dealer install a rear tire, pulley etc.. Forgot to mention it to them.. Was off center when I took it in and the same when I got it back. The bike tracks and rides perfect. Starting to lean towards fender support struts. It's not off by much, but it bugs the s@$t out of me.
