Hi, Has anybody tried to adapt a Harley Davidson Nostalgic Face combination speedo/tacho for '04 later models to an earlier model using the retrofit adapter kit p/n 74668-03. According to Harley the combination speedo/tacho made for models to 03 can be adapted using the retrofit kit but not the '04 models. Does anyone know what changed on the '04 model Road Kings and Softails to affect this or is it possible to adapt it with the extra kit. If anyone out there has tried could they please let me know.
