Sealing wire spoke wheels

Has anyone had their spoked wheels sealed in order to get the advantages of tubeless tires? I love the look of wire spokes, but cringe at the thought of a flat on the road.

Thanks,

Not to mention the hassle of keeping all the spokes tightened and the wheel trued after every encounter with oversized potholes.
