Turn singnals

i have a 1999 dyna fxd.My problem is my turn signals will come on but want flash.any help?

in the service manual, it will show you the placement of the flasher circuit. the flasher may be bad, or as paz mentioned, a faulty ground/power problem

I tried all sugestions,but none wotked.when i hit the switch the lights stay on but no flashing.I do thank all for the help on where to look.

do both the front and rear lights come on??
is it both the right and left??
have you tested the flasher?

Your bulb is probaly burned out on one contact? or a loose live wire going to your switch I ran across that problem last year.

Yes both lights come on and stay on,but no flash.I replaced the module $149.00 plus tax,tried new lights,checked wires.I think she(my bike) is waiting for me to say pretty please.I want give up untill i figure it out.
