Fuel

I just had my rebuilt after I T-boned a van, And now the fuel stops coming out
at the fuel shutoff .I have 5gal tanks same tanks after rebuild , I changed caps-
checked vent line between tanks, changed fuel shutoff but still fuel stops about
every 3 to 5 miles on a hot day. Can anyone help me?

is it fuel injected???? the pump may have been damaged. if carbed will it run fuel out the petcock with the hose off??? let us know.....a little more info would help....

That's what I was thinking it could be,found a little of the new paint job,
but the tanks are clean inside. The pingel petcock has a higher tower and
a good sceen around it.

chucktx the bike has an S&S "E" on it ,as for the petcock with no fuel line it
if it's not raining in the morning I will run it till the gas stops again and put the hose---- let you know
