| Help Hey guys, I have a high pitch whining noise when I pull the clutch handle, sounds like it's coming from front of primary. I have tried adjusting the clutch freeplay and also tried clutch adjustment at the pressure plates. Any ideas. The bike is a 79 flh shovelhead 4 speed. Thanks (I hope) |

| Re: Help Ditto on what chuck said.
Been there and done that with a 77 super glide. Didn't have a clue and burned the darned thing up - bearings were powder when I pulled it apart to replace it. |

| Re: Help thanks for the advice, it was the throwout bearing. Not much left of it when I opened the cover. All better now. Cost me a whopping $15.00 to fix. Again thanks for the help |
