I am trying to find this 48mm o'ringed carb spacer, the one pictured is 5mm thick and the inner ring is aluminum.
Any help for finding a source would be greatly appreciated.

That is an insulator block for an S&S carb. Goes between the manifold and carb on a Super E, Super G or one of the other models.

CD here can probably get you one if you need it.

www.sscycle.com is the manuf. but you can only buy parts through a dealer like www.Directparts.com.
