I took the wheels off my HD Fat Boy ('99) but am having great difficulties getting them back on. Now they are kinda on, there seems to be a space on the spindle as if something has been missed off - but it hasn't. Any ideas?

forgot to ask are you real sure you have the right spacer on the right side , some will swap out but not fit right , & make sure your wheel 's are centered
