Hello, I have a question I am sure somebody here can answer! Our local HD shop has been (reportedly) telling people that if they do not do the service for their bikes they will not honor their warranty. I remember reading about a law the governs this type of activity, but I can't remember where. Would anyone know where I could find information on this. Would this fall under the same area as telling people, if you do not use our oil we will not honor your warranty? |
