| Fair or Foul? I have been watching the show of Jr. vs Sr. Just to start off, I like the style of PJD's bike a lot more than most of what comes out of the other place. With that, I had seen for next weeks preview that OCC has had ForeClosure proceedings started against them. I looked it up, and sure enough, it is true. Now the interesting part of this is that it has been stated in all of the pieces of information that I looked up, that OCC purposely did not make its July payment of $110k. Reasons for the missed payment is largely speculated that it is not because they are in financial trouble, but rather to leverage a new deal from the bank.
Fair or Foul??

Fair or Foul?? | It might also have something to do with JR to and the law suits. I really don't like the old man and how he tries to pull crap on his son's. The guy is a looser so I vote Foul |

Yeah the old man is a jerk, the lawsuits that he keeps slapping on the younger one seems to be a big cry baby routine.
I will have to say that I do like the bikes that PJD is putting out. A lot more back to his roots. The bikes look like bikes again.

| Re: Fair or Foul? I guess I like it because the show came out at the right time. When the show came out, this is when Biker Build Off was hot. I am in love with the Black Widow Bike, the Commanche Bike, the Jet Bike and the Fireman's Bike. I too got tired of the arguing so I did stop watching it for a while, that and that the bikes that they were building just sucked.
But back to the topic. I think that it is completely FOUL that these guys think that they can force a renegotiation just because the economy tanked, like that gives them the right to do what they are doing. I wish I could just renegotiate a deal because the economy tanked. Sad thing is, they will probably get their way!!
