| got a chance to ride some of the '06 Harleys while at Sturgis. The Dyna chassis is much improved as far as rigidity goes..IMO. The big forks and the stiffer frame makes a person think that he's back on a FXR..[ I rode the super glide....nice bike] The CVO Fat Boy was ok..I like the 103..nice and quiet and pulled ok. The price is a little high for the bike but it's a fun ride. I really liked the Deluxe. nice seat, funky floorboards, just get on it and plonk along at 60 mph and enjoy life. I'm not sure about the six speeds in the Dyna line..they shifted nicely but I haven't figured out the need for six gears in a Harley yet. |

| Six speeds on a Ultra would sure be nice while crusing down the highway.

| Just bought an 06 Night Train. The second one on the road in Seattle. Very nice ride. Got a whole 4oo miles on it in 6 days. Got to love those 200mm back tires H-D put on the back of the Night Trains and Softail Standard.
Back in Black I say..... |

| New is nice (sometimes). Night train, what do you think about that drive-belt? |

| Anyone get a chance to see the new Street Glide? Looks like the right mix of touring with a sleek look. Hope it rides as well as an Electra. |

| I'm thinking about an 06 SE Fat Boy. I was told to unleash the 103 I should
get a race tuner and a set of Rineharts. would this do the trick? |

| Well, IMO. The Rinehart’s are WAY overrated, and over priced. The SE103 is a bit overrated also, but, a decent place to start. With a hot ignition (Race-tuner. or equivalent) Exhaust, T.B. , Heads cleaned-up and a little more cam, your grin-factor should be up there. |

| I have heard the Rineharts are a performance pipe, what ever that means. I asked about Vance and Hines,I like the sound, but was told the great sound could cost me performance. If I'm going to pull the trigger on this SE fatboy I for sure want the grin to be worth the price. |
