We had a situation in CO a year or so back where a new housing developement was completely shut down when they discovered a tiny little "endangered" mouse that was living there.
The Sierra Club got involved and forced the State to make the whole area (many square miles) "off limits" to even hikers. Guess we need more endangered mice!!! |
