I just had a very scarey crash.My L front brake caliper fell off and got caught in the front wheel,it then swung out and knocked my foot off the peg and right under the rear wheel,it pulled me down and the rest isn't pretty.I do need to find a very hard to come by part.I'd like to know if anyone out there has a rear brake lever for 78xl for less than the $40 msrp.

I would check the cycle bone yards for the lever, or an indy, indies usually have lots of spare parts...
