Harley's shares fell a little over a buck during the process too...maybe nows the time to buy in...little cheaper.

Here is a link to some of the many illegal activities that Formosa Plastics, my former employer, has done and some of its track record. Farther down in the worker's discontent or what ever it is section is the story of the last of our attempts to bring in a union. I was on the organizing committee for the first attempt in 1989, the main man, and signed the petition in 95, but did not get involved in the organizing committee this time. You read this, you can probably figure out why I was run off a year before retirement eligibility and well after any union activity so I couldn't link it through NLRB to that. I've been before the NLRB for a violation of pay policy before and won. So, needless to say, they didn't like me much out there. I was too much like Bob, ROFLMAO! I am sorry, but I refuse to be treated like a number. I refuse to take **** off anyone. I'm everyone's equal out there whether they know it or not. I did my job and did it well, had nothing to do with that. I had no absentee problems, worked OT as much as most folks. I just needed contractual protection, that's all. But, I'm sorta glad I don't have to put up with it anymore. The job was really getting me down. I'm a lot healthier now and got out of there without being killed. I'm not sure cancer won't get me eventually what with all the VCM exposures over the years, but for now, I'm out earlier than expected and doing well. Even found some affordable health care coverage the other day. I was just curious and googled "formosa plastics lawsuit" and MY GOD what a list! Bwaaaa, ha, ha. This one is the juiciest, especially regards to the Clinton white house, though the last section is the most personal. I lived that treatise.

I've got not a lot of bad stuff to say about where I work after reading some of that file..there's just too much of that behavior going on..I have a pretty good idea of why you "left" your employer. We're into another CA..new onwer..this one is gonna be tuff...
