| Would be LOTS of fun, but the thought of buying gas every 12 minutes would really stink.......not to mention a place like texas....not sure there IS gas every 12 mintues of driving!!!! |

| When I was a kid I had a built up 58 vw bug that I used to race against other kids in their parent's 4-wheel boats. Was really fun until around 110 mpg, when the empty frontend would start shaking.
Back then I thought that was about as fast as a vw would ever get. |
