It depends, my buddy was test sitting bikes at the dealership out front and I tell him, "Dude, I think if the dealer owned this one they might have removed the Hells Angels sticker before putting it out".
So, mistaken identity would get a pass but, if it you look like you are making an effort to steal it, I will go with instinct and hope I am not wrong.
