| Same as voodoochild. I lived in GA for 10 years, but the things I thought of as northern, didn't necessarily score as that. Except for "grinder". I knew that was a Connecticut thing, because after I left the nest, nobody I met knew what a grinder was. |

I don't see how you could get 100% because some of the questions (went back through) have no southern answer, I guess if you pick none of the above it counts as southern?

| 56% dixie, though I've lived on the West Coast my whole life. I gather having a bunch of relatives from Texas (Dallas and Houston) pushed me over to the dixie side. If I'd have fought in the Civil War though..I'd be a Yankee (slavery was never right no matter what). Go figure as I'm a Republican.
One word they don't bring up though is cement. Do you pronounce it sugh-ment or see-mint? I gather the latter would be dixie as Jed Clampett had a see-mint pond.
