This was on another forum. You may want to read it.

got this from another board I visit. I wanted to share it with all of you too so you can be on the look out for any activity like this.
I have RN read the posts so he can watch too. You know when you have 2 people operating out of 1 account, you would just figure that the other person might have bought a little purchase and just blow it off. DON'T DO THAT! Click on the 800 link and read all the posts there too.
From the other board
I was doing some bill paying this morning and my checking account was charged $4.95 by a company called “DM Nelson Enterprises” on January 6 (Sunday) I NEVER used my bank card all weekend. There is also a phone number listed with the charge. I called the number and it immediately comes up saying “this mailbox is full.” I called BofA this morning to see what this charge was for and they only had as much detail as I had but they IMMEDIATELY credited my account for $4.95 and said if I see this charge come up again, please call them and let them know.

After hanging up the phone with BofA I thought to check the Internet for “DM Nelson Enterprises” and look what I found:

http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-209-920-4344

Here is what my Bro-in law who is a VP at BofA had to say about it..

Rather than just have the charge reimbursed what needs to happen is to file a claim that the charge was not authorized. This gives the bank the right to get to the source of the problem and file criminal charges against the person or enterprise who is doing it.

I think most people don’t go that far because it’s a small amount. But this adds up and we all wind up paying for it eventually

It sure pays to look at your account online every couple of days to catch things like this and take quick action.
