It was the most unbelievable, tension filled, hard fought, few flags, no fighting, hard hitting, greatest bowl I have ever watched. And, I would say that even if the Patriots won. It was a defensive battle on both sides of the ball and the Giants defense should get a ton of credit for taking Brady out of his rythym and giving Moss fits. Welker was playing fantastic. But I think we say Eli come into his own and realize he is a quality QB.
The Pats had a once in lifetime season and nearly caused the Dolphins to dump their Champagne in the ocean.
Congrats to the NY Giants. It was a David and Goliath story and the only Pundit that got it right was Bob Costas.
It was also a first. First Brothers (QB) to win a bowl and the first back to back win for a pair of brothers.

I have to agree the giants defense really stepped up the whole game. Eli made some good plays, but the defense had Brady off balance the whole game except for one drive in the fourth quarter. being from New England I watch almost every Patriots game and have not seen Brady on the ground and taking hits and having pressure on him like that in a long time.

Superb defenses by Steve Spagnolo, these guys had the entire Patriot Offensive line wondering what they were going to do next. Word is he will be interviewing for the Redskins opening!! Please stay Steve!
Poor old Brady, his butt is pretty sore today, I am sure. Never mind the loss, what do you say?, we were 18-0 but we lost the Super Bowl!!! What kind of legacy is that? It was good to see the cocky team put back in its place.
Good for the Giants, good for New York! Incredible Eli, incredible Giant deffensive line, what else can you say?
Who cares about idiot Bob Costas, freaking midget should be vanished from TV, another one of those arrogant idiots, thinking that they know sports.
Regards,
German

....and they both won MVP!! While I didn't have a dog in that fight, I'm glad it turned out like it did.
