Saturday we had an 80 degree day. I went out and waxed and polished the bike and then went for my first ride sense my heart surgery. Almost 7 weeks from the date. I'm really feeling better and the energy level is high. Two weeks our HOG chapter has a 200 mile round trip ride scheduled to the Astoria Crab Festival at the coast and thinking of doing it to.

That's great news. Glad things are going well for you. Go for a few short rides to get ready for the long one. Be safe.
