Maybe you noticed my recent plethora of posts? What the heck is with all this cold rain and hail in Northern Nevada? Where is Al Gore's prophecy? I NEED WARMING! At least for the road - wife is fine for the non-riding time! |

| Everything is flipping around. I've never worn a scarf in NYC after April and still had one on this morning for a ride. Instead of rain or shine, it's like a little rain, a clear sky, more unexpected rain, heavy clouds for hours and hours and no rain, and on and on for days. Gore me be a stuffed shirt, but there's likely something going on that we need to be looking at carefully. | |

| No, Al Gore is wrong - and knows it. Real science doesn't support his whacked theory of carbon dioxide being a "greenhouse gas" and heating the Earth. Carbon dioxide once made up 40% of the Earth's atmosphere (the Carboniferous Period - 354 to 290 million years ago) - that is where we get our coal and oil from today. Doubt there were many SUVs then. Today, CO2 is .038% of our atmosphere - please note the disconnect. If you model that and exclude water vapor from the equation (as Gore's "scientists" do) you can extrapolate any damn thing you want. But it will still be crap.
The Global Warming scam is just a moneymaker for him and even more insidious when you listen to folks like Czech President Vaclav Klaus, who believes it to be the new home for communisim and population control. Did you know that the Green Party in Europe was the first group Gorbachev joined after the fall of the Soviet Socialist Republic? If you believe it was due to the Soviets great love for the environment, there is no helping ya.
And as I stated in another post a short time back, the recent vocano eruption in Chile has added more "greenhouse gases" to the atmosphere than all Mankind has ever emitted with combustion engines. In four days. So please don't buy into that phony religion of his. Gore's shirt only looks stuffed 'cuz his head is so far up his rear end. | |
