Will do! But may have to delay everything a day or so.....not sure yet. Have a dust storm going on that has grounded all air traffic....was supposed to fly out last nite, and now the next possible window in the dust may be tomorrow morning.... Dust storm is the darnest thing....ORANGE....everything.....almost looks like you put on orange glasses and walked outside. Visibility is about 100 meters....sometimes less. Only time will tell if this will delay my connection flights..... hope not!

That's great news glad your getting out of there and hope you have a speedy and safe trip home. That place sounds like it really sucks. The Arabs can have it. And like wise what chuck said.

Soon as I get home, wife and I will sit down and discuss exactly what I am going to put on the "dream sheet"..... AF does try to honor that, so need to do it right..... so far on the list is Hill AFB in Utah, North Dakota (either Minot or Grand Rapids) South Dakota (Rapid City), and Elmendorf (anchorage Alaska). Still need to decide on a #5. Maybe something like Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, or washington state...... have to see. Also will need to make sure the order of seleections is right for us.

Woke up this morning.....still pretty dusty. Flights currently scheduled for LATE afternoon/nite. if NITE, it could throw off my return by 24 hours, depending on connections and such..... So, in the true military fashion: Standby to Standby, and Hurry up and Wait!!!

Welcome back, I and my Daughter are fully engrossed in Nursing School. And of all the irony my first clinical rotation is at the VA Long Term Care center here in Lexingon. Good karma me thinks.Again welcome home and thanks for your sacrifices.
