| Looks like they moved the rally up Lone Star Rally, Galveston, Texas November 1-4, 2007

I might need to beak the leathers out by then.
I'm going but I don't know which day. Probaly will ride up saturday mornin and come back that afternoon . |

| cardboard you need to come out of the wood more offten  They changed the dates after the rally last year , I only abot one hour away & ride back & fourth every day hell of a lot cheeper the a hotel or camp site

Sounds good !
Last year I rode down with some friends from Killeen that has a house down the street from me.
Was gonna try and meet some folks at Chico's if possible too.
Guess I might have to find out about where Chuck is gonna be hidin at so I can come by and see y'all.
With as many people as will be down there, I know this is gonna be a hard thing to do. |

| this morning 93.7 had the guy who put's the rally on the radio he said it's going to happen this year also said they had well over 400 k people last year that s alot of people & motorcycles  |

| I am thinking about trying to come down for it for a day or so....have to talk with the wife and see if I can get the kitchen pass......maybe do 1 night on someone's front lawn if I can find one of those! Have to see for sure tho.... |

| Ok today I had to got to Galvaston , Now I have seen first hand why they had to move the dates back to Dec , Even if they had crews working 24/7 there's no way the island would be ready in time , There's building that I seen in the past 30 years just gone or redused to rubull (sp) , & I don't think even by the Dec dates they will have it all cleaned up , Ike has taken it's toll on the Island thats for sure  |

| nope it's not open to gen public yet , I had to go the mid section of the city to drop a box off to the school distric & tryed to go into other parts but some are still off limets to the public it is a sad looking place right now  |
