| I don't know if I've mentioned it, but my hand has been bothering me since the accident. Of course it's a lot worse when I ride. When I got back from my short and electrical problem laden vacation, I was in a lot of pain. I went in for an MRI and it turns out I have three torn ligaments. Two can be done orthoscopically, but they have to cut me open for the other one.
At least it's off season. |

| Hope ya heal quick Abby. I remember when I tore my achillies tendon from my heel bone. Talk about pain Had a cast on for about 6 weeks, then a leg brace. Couldn't take it when riding season arrived. Took the bike out for a ride, leg brace and all. |

| Thanks everyone. Very exciting news! The Casttoo folks are about 10 miles from me. I e-mailed and asked if they would set me up with the hottest cast around and I'll do an article about them on Biker Chick Magazine. They're all over it! Woohoo! |

| It's tomorrow. If you're inclined to say a prayer, please throw one in for me. I've had a bad day. Probably wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't explained that they put a tourniquet on my arm and drain the blood out and refill it with stuff that makes my arm numb. That just freaks me right the f^&* out. |

| I'll definitely say a prayer for you Abby. Never heard of a procedure like that but I'm no doctor either and I'm sure they know what their doing. Keep us all informed. |
